Thank you for considering my company for maintaining your property. I am not a licensed painting contractor in Fl and not looking for paint work or any other work that i  dont have the proper license for .I have personally been in the  window washing  painting business for over 30 years and am a fourth generation painting decorator and contractor.  My great-grandfather came to Marietta, Ohio in 1890.  He was a German craftsman, painter, mold maker, and wallpaper hanger.  He had six sons who followed him into the painting business.  My grandfather went to school at the Chicago School of Art.  He refined his craft there.  My father had one of the biggest painting companies in the country at one time and has been in the painting business for all of his life. I’v been painting for 31 years. My goal is to do good quality work at a fair price Thank you again for the opportunity to give you this estimate.
